BE COMP 2011-12 students have been given only one default elective subject which is HCI.
Students who are not interested in HCI but interested only in AIT should individually visit Mr. Prasad Deshmukh / Miss. Rupali Bhoir in Database lab and register only their own name in person once again on or before their last regular sem 7 paper date.
Atleast 20 students are required for AIT (the only other elective that is possibly on offer now)

Bit of correction in above entry:
ReplyDeleteWE are willing to offer 2 electives at most.
The default being HCI as it was majority choice in the choices given by students.
The other choice 2nd highest count was AIT. So we may offer that as another choice but the skepticism is that almost 80% of the students who have given AIT as their first pref. have also give HCI as their second pref. and around 25 students have not specified any choice. (undecided)
WE need to confirm the number of students per elective batch earliest, so that can start working of procurement of necessary s/w and h/w and training for staff till your sem begins.
We will be glad if you respond to prasad sir's blog above and confirm your choice by signing into document with him before 26th Dec 2011.

ReplyDeleteSince nobody has repllied for above post, I am assumming that the choice you had given earlier are final and there is no change you want to do.
ReplyDeleteThis mean, next semester we would be offering AIT and HCI as 2 electives. Those who did not give their preferences are considered to have accepted HCI as Elective.
Your batches and timetable will be freezed according to Electives and will be uploaded shortly.(Around 4th Jan 2012) Once time table is freezed we wont entertain any change of elective request.
